MN 2206 - Diversity and Inclusion Mngmnt
Associated Term: 2023/24 Academic Session
Learning Objectives:
Why are some groups of people or categories of identities less likely to be found in some types of employment, and over-represented in others? What can be done about this? Why is there a gap in earning between genders, and ethnicities? What is ‘ableism’ and how does it exist in organisations? How do transgender people experience transitioning in the workplace, and how can they be supported? What does it mean to have an inclusive organisation, versus a diverse one, and why might it matter?
